FlimsyMail provides temporary, inbound-only email addresses. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Do not use FlimsyMail for fraud, phishing, malware, or harassment.
- Understand that public inboxes are readable by anyone who knows the address.
Accounts and API
Paid API features require an account and API keys. You are responsible for securing your keys and for usage under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlimsyMail is not liable for lost messages, unauthorized access to public inboxes, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service and other users.
